Sugar Shack Open House – Sunday 1-3pm
Come and see how Maple Syrup is made. Maple Arch Farm will be hosting an open house at their sugar shack this Sunday (3/6) 1-3pm.
At 1.30 there will be a tree tapping demonstration where we will show you how a tree is tapped and if the weather is right you will see the sap start to drip! Our evaporator will be boiling away and we will show you how that sap is then turned into syrup and let you sample the almost syrup right off the evaporator.
Maple Arch Farm is located at 65 Arch Street in Holliston. We are behind the DPW, and can also be accessed from the Rail Trail. Parking is at the end of the driveway or off the street at the DPW, and if its warm out be prepared for it to be a little muddy!
