Upcoming Conservation Associates Walk
On Tuesday, August 8th at 6:30 PM Marc Connelly will be leading a talk on edible and medicinal wild plants. Meet in the parking lot of the Village Plaza by Dolce Tempo (1576 Washington Street near the picnic tables). We have met several times in the same location and always find many interesting plants in a small area. There will be a minimal amount of walking over the course of about an hour. Feel free to stay afterwards for a frozen treat and conversation.
This is sorrel, an edible plant that can be used in salads, giving a tart flavor.
