Holliston Public Schools, Office of Student Services, will be destroying Special Education records of students whose special education services ended or for students who left the school system prior to June, 2001. 

Pick up of records may be arranged by calling the Office of Student Services at (508) 429-0661 between the hours of 8-4.  An individual 18 years of age or older, unless adjudicated, must request his/her own records.  Proper identification is required.  All records dated prior to June, 2001 will be destroyed by June 30, 2014.
